Multi-Sports Class Details

• Non-Competitive: Beginner sports skills
• Scrimmages: In-house, participation-based games
• Skills Education: Achieved with fun drills & games
• Life Skills: Confidence, & social interactions
• Attendance: Open to all aspiring athletes

Multi-Sports Curriculum

Athletes build agility, balance, and coordination through fitness drills and beginner strength exercises. Soccer, basketball, and field hockey focus on fundamentals, teamwork, and strategy through structured scrimmages and positional play.

12-Week Program Overview

• Weeks 1-4: Soccer – Basics, offense/defense concepts, scrimmages, game strategy.
• Weeks 5-8: Basketball – Dribbling, shooting, positioning, full scrimmages.
• Weeks 9-12: Field Hockey – Handling, ball control, positioning, game execution.

What to Bring:

• Energy: Water & snacks
• Clothing: Closed-toed shoes, comfy clothes
• Soccer Gear: No personal balls
• Soccer Gear: Cleats and shin guards not required
• Basketball Gear: Personal ball OK
• Hockey Gear: No personal sticks (at first)

Led by Coach Doug, a former CUSD PE instructor with a Master’s in Education and 9 years of TK-3 classroom teaching experience, our program combines fun, teamwork, and life skills. Kids learn fundamentals, social skills, and confidence—all while having a blast!
