Upper

The upper is made with a lightweight mesh material which ensures great airflow and breathability. There is an inner sock in the shoe to keep the foot in place and heighten the comfortability of the shoe.

The Lightstrike Pro, Lightstrike, Energy rods and carbon plate. These are the keywords around the Adidas Boston 10. It has all the newest Adidas technologies. The two different Lightstrike foams ensure a lightweight shoe with a high return of energy, but also a great level of durability. When the two foam materials are working together with the two carbon technologies, the Energy rods and the carbon plate in the heel, you get a shoe that craves momentum. In other words, you get all the technology from the race-day shoes, but in a shoe that can be used for everyday training.

Outsole

Adidas has added the highly tested Continental rubber on the outsole of the Boston 10. As a result, you get a great grip, even on wet roads, and the rubber will last for many miles on the roads.
